The pink and white wedding cupcakes were all decorated with assorted sprinkles, pearls and sugar blossoms. Cupcakes were a mixture of textures, being both smooth iced and swirl pipe iced. The cupcakes were baked in three flavours, fresh lemon, Madagascan vanilla and jam and butter cream. The top cake was a delicious traditional fruit cake which we always bake in well in advance so that we can soak with lots of alcohol to add extra moisture and flavour. Finally we decorated the top cake with a posy of fresh flowers to match the bridal flowers and placed flower heads amongst the cupcakes to create a very pretty finish.
This arrangement can be created with icing in contrasting colours to match your wedding and we will bake your wedding cakes in a selection of your favourite flavours!!! The top cake can be finished in fruit or moist chocolate sponge. Our chocolate cakes are all finished with delicious white, milk or dark chocolate cigarillos.
